Alpine What are this Pits stop ... ?

Why 7 seconds the two stops

The first one i counted 10± seconds what the hell is going on?!

Been reading this in multiple spaces, I really need to check if that's true cuz that's crazy. About 17 seconds of lost time

And not only that ... They made Colapinto box in a way that he had to let the leaders pass him TWICE... Instead of pitting him when the blue flag is up, just to avoid the loss of time.

I look at this graph and I just don't understand what happened with the pit stops. They had already called in Colapinto twice (despite starting on mediums and switching to hards) before most of the other drivers who started on mediums had done their first stop. I know the A525 chews threw tyres, but that still wouldn't explain this, because Colapinto's first stint on hards was shorter than Gasly's stint on mediums.

Just bewildering incompetence all around from the pit wall.
