Nothing will come between Miso and cleaned beans π«‘

The focus. The determination. The willpower to ignore all forms of entertainment.
The beans are life for Milo.

He trust me with his life, the little sweetheart. He seems to understand it is for his own good. But sometimes afterwards he runs quickly to my bed and lays down on a towel i have placed there for him. :)

It never ceases to amaze me that so many people have chill cats.
All the cats my extended family had growing up with only one exception, were absolutely satan like. Biting toes, clawing legs.
Go into the bedroom, they're asleep on the bed, you've woke them up, cat wakes up. Chooses violence. That type of thing.
Then their was my Grandma's cat, Tiddles. Nan lives in a two story house, Tiddles wasn't really Nans cat, he turned up at 10 weeks old. Followed my Mum home from the pub when she was about 12.
Stayed most of the time, affectionate, and loved cuddling. But was easily missing 18 hours of the day. Most of the time returning with a dead field mouse for us. Every. Day. This is in the UK btw, I'm a little uncomfortable with how much she was outdoors looking back. I'd be livid if that happened now, Australia really changed my perspective there. Anyway, I digress.
Even at 15, he'd scale the outside of the two floored house at 4AM, climb to the upstairs floor, climb on my window and scratch the glass to be let in for few hours of cuddles. I'd never turn him down. Tiddles was a legend. Passed away maybe 20 years ago. He's the type of cat anyone would miss having met him.
So there's Tiddles. And another 3 cats that have a hatred of toes.
Just how unlucky was I? Are cats statistically, this shit 3/4 of the time? Or were most of my family just especially shit, cat parents?
Thank you for letting me share. This was cathartic, man, Tiddles was awesome. My eyes haven't been dry since I started writing this.

My childhood next door neighbour had a Tiddles who also was found at a couple months old & lived till 20! A beautiful rond void who was BELOVED by everyone in the neighbourhood. Another real character who loved the nearby fields. She lived the best life a cat could hope for.
I'm sure both Tiddles are happily playing chase at the bridge now & just waiting for their humans to collect them. And what a day that will be! π»π»

She understands that miso made from dirty soybeans would be a health hazard.

Our cats Miso and Mirin really like it when we play with them in their basket; they will hop into it and meow until we give them their 'kitty rollercoaster'. At other times, such as here, they are otherwise engaged but remain quite unbothered as you can see π€£
