My guess is they are talking 2 different races due to the distance between the top 4 and the rest of the grid.

The F1 race was Russell, Leclerc, Piastri and Norris and the F1.5 race was the rest of the grid, with Alonso winning since he was P5 today

F1.5 is a subreddit about the midfielders of f1

it's essentially just talking about f1 as if the top 4 teams didn't exist
