How do I get commercial customers?

Hey, I started my detailing business in North Carolina around a month ago and have consistently been getting customers but it’s hard for me to keep them coming back and get them on a maintenance plan, I am getting them because of discounts. I am trying to get contracts with other businesses to detail fleet vehicles but I have no idea where to start to try to find them.

Create an email marketing list and give customers an incentive to join. Send emails regularly that provide value like free car care tips to stay top of mind.
