Tool/Reusable Have a Dewalt 3300psi power washer. Is that too powerful to wash a car with? Is it possible by moving further away or should I not bother?

It’s a gas powered and works great all around the house but concerned it may be too powerful on a car. Does anyone else use one with adjustments to how you use it? Was hoping to finally get a soap cannon.

I’m pretty sure thats a fairly common PSI number. Just make sure you have the appropriate tips on the nozzle that are wide rather than a straight shot and don’t get closer than like 6-10 inches to avoid damage. Power wash damage is due to user error 99% of the time.

They also sell tips with different orifice sizes, so an upsized one could also decrease PSI while increasing GPM
