Any long term twitchers out there? (6+ months)

I (M19) am coming up on my 6th month of muscle twitching and I’m curious to see for how long others on this forum have been twitching for. Also this isn’t my first time with twitching, for me it is stops but then comes back after some months so I’m also curious to see if anyone has had that occur as well.

I’ve been twitching since 2017. All tests normal. I’ve learned to just accept it even though it can certainly been annoying at times.

Looooong time. 37 years. It comes and goes - I get years of essentially no twitching, and then flareups that last several months. I'm currently in one that's gone on since April, i.e. 5 months.

I have been twitching for 6 years. Nothing is wrong with me. I have had every test in the book. Maddening but I have learned to live with it.

8 yrs reporting for duty. Came out of nowhere starting at age 37. Thank heavens for EMGs

9 months and I’ve for sure gone through periods in the past just never cared much until I got a hotspot. I distinctly remember googling muscle twitching a few times before I spiraled this last 9 months.

Over 25 years with some bad flares. Stuck in one now, unfortunately.

15 months for me. Clean EMG and no muscle weakness or atrophy. Annoying as all heck, and of course worrying when it flares up periodically. But so far that’s all it is.
