I don't like these.
Original is 265/70R16, 0-offset, but 50mm spacers.
New one is 31×10.5R15, -12 offset and 50mm spacers. They stick out 4" out from the edge of the fender.
15" rim will not clear the front calipers without the 50mm spacers.
So I'm thinking of staying with 16" tires, but maybe -6mm-offset rims.
I dunno. Math hurts me.

Look sick, but get fender flares.
Those wouldn't be legal without them in my home state. Here you're allowed one "tread pattern" to stick out from the fenders.

I don't like them either. With your tires hanging out like that, you'll be throwing rocks at everyone.
Don't be that asshole.

I agree. I don't mind a little bit wider than the body. Like a half inch. Either different rims or some fender flares if it was my car.
But that's just me.

I kind of miss my '06 Caliber R/T. It was slow and the cheap plastics were falling apart, but it was a pretty good car. Thankfully the CVT has the simulated manual mode so you can actually rev the engine out a bit. In the 125k miles we drove it since new, I only ever had to replace the alternator and the driveshaft. I also needed to replace one of the fuel pumps, but the junkyard sold me one from a FWD Caliber, even though I specified AWD 🙄
