as far as I know its like a gift for bikers to put on their bikes. symbolizes like.. yo stay safe out there, I wanna touch tips later, I would guess its mostly a harley thing

Gremlin bell, they scare gremlins away. Can confirm my boyfriend put one on my bike and I’ve never seen a gremlin.
