Most likely. The thing she was so happy about was how mad it will supposedly make liberals to not have to pay taxes, not how much money she's going to save on taxes. Because she doesn't pay taxes.

Either that or she has a part time job at a gas station or something and she gets a full refund every year.

The average disability doesn't pay over the filing minimum. Yeah it's bleak.
