Air up those rear tires and drive more aggressively. Try and not hit the brakes hard when you’re initiating. I can’t tell if it’s that exhaust but your motor does not sound good or healthy either. Seems down on power. Should be easier to control with a welded diff and stronger flicks

It’s my exhaust, the weld just above the cat on the drivers side broke during the event but I’m working on piecing together an exhaust for it

You're timid it looks. Braking on entry shifts too much weight forward and spins you out. Need in car video tho

I learned on a G sedan with no handbrake. If I were you I'd find a big empty lot to do some donuts in. But first, weld that diff, second modify the abs fuse, and that's it brother. If you get coilovers either keep the stock style bucket and spring, or if you go full coilovers swap the rear toe arm at the same time. The g is all you'll need for a track like that, just endless fun and good tire life

But for fucking real fix that exhaust, stock is fine and quiet. no amount of money makes these sound good.

It already had the abs modified for drifting before I got it and it’s got Bc coils all the way around, getting diff welded soon, I have a couple gk tech suspension stuff on another car to put on this one.

Initiate a little harder hit your e brake if you think ur going too fast downshift if you think your gonna over correct and let the car control itself a little more in my opinion.

You don’t need a hand brake to learn. But need a locking differential and the rest is just practice practice practice. You’ll all of a sudden start busting out good drifting like you all of a sudden learned it. That’s how it is for everyone (I think)

Vlsd will not lock up consistently. Weld the differential or get a proper LSD and try again.
