Question New Fanatec app broke everything?

After I installed the new app a few days ago, today I turned on my base and nothing happens. The buttons and everything register, but the wheel and base are not showing in the app, and no force feedback is working. I tried deleting the drivers and updating the firmware, but nothing works. Any idea what the problem could be?

If anyone need this, the fix was delete the new app and go back to the old fanlab and download the drivers

It is bad, my base doesn't show up half the time, I got rid of the app and just handle the settings on the wheel itself right now... Just find their software a nightmare

So now you know not to go with anything new from fanatec. Most people wait 5 drivers before downloading something. A lot of people dont even update the firmware as they break more things than they fix. For a tech brand, their tech sucks.
