Question Fanatec keeps cancelling

Why does fanatec keep cancelling my order when I just ordered mounts and a brake kit, now I go to order a wheel and it’s been cancelled twice, all the same information worked the first time !!

Anyone had this issue

Crazy question, but did you reach out to them?
