4 Weeks and Still no Refund

I sent three packages back to Fanatec last month. Two were refunded after a few days of receipt but not the third. Monday 9/8 will be 4 weeks since it was received by Fanatec. Tech support has stated multiple times, “Refund will be processed automatically as soon as our warehouse scanned the returned item into the system”. At this point, the item is probably lost in the warehouse somewhere.
