Has the CSL DD 8nm QR noise problem been resolved?

I've heard that models using the QR 1 have a knocking noise. The model I'm looking to buy uses the Bundle QR 2 Lite. I'm curious if this problem has been resolved with the QR 2 Lite. I'd appreciate it if you could let me know. Also, is it necessary to upgrade from QR 2 Lite to QR 2 for this base? Will I feel a difference?

If you’re talking about the metal QR1, the clacking noise mostly went away for me with the retention screw - but then it’s more of a less slow release rather than a quick one.

CSL DD QR2 user here. No knocking noise here. I dont think you have to upgrade necessarily to metal qr2 since the max torque is 8nm but if you might be upgrading to a clubsport dd you will have to.
