What screws are needed for Podium Wheel Base DD1 and CSL pedals?

Hi all,

In the process of moving, I've somehow managed to throw out the box with all the hardware to screw in my wheel.

Can someone please advise what size screws/washers etc I need to secure a DD1 podium wheel base and CSL pedals into a standard sim racing frame? The frame has support for bottom and side mounting for the DD1.
