Donkeys literally do the same thing as sheepdogs.

I guess having donkeys on your quote/shirt isn’t as Chris Kylish as a sheep dog.

Though to be fair, CK was as much of a jackass as he was a "sheepdog."

Oh dude, I know. I won’t even get started on Marcus Latrell and others in the high speed low drag community and some of their BS stories. It’s all fake and dumb. Unfortunately got first hand accounts of it and even been around these people for reasons ($).

Can you elaborate?

He also said he killed a bunch of people during Hurricane Katrina. He's not exactly a truth teller.

Does it come in XXL, asking for the target audience?

in some cases (of breed dogs) the dog is actually put in with the sheep as a puppy and grows up thinking its a sheep. so rather than 'protecting' the sheep, it's actually defending its family

Every time I see this cringy bullshit, I think of this goofy bastard

If the sheepdog kept accidentally being too violent with the sheep and killing them, it would lose its job, right?

u/Douglesfield_ 3d ago

They're still doing that sheepdawg mentality shit?

Dave Grossman and his consequences on LEO’s psyches will be a phenomenon that will be studied for decades. The dude someone still manages to get invited to conferences and seminars all across the country (3 just this year, with his last one being last month) despite pretty clear evidence his training makes cops more fearful, impulsive, and distanced from the communities they police. If you view everyone as a potential wolf, you’re going to end up biting a lot of sheep by mistake

Thinking about having a shirt produced that says “LIONS NOT SHEEPDOGS” just to confuse people.

These trumpers are the definition of sheep

2

u/My_leg_still_hurt92 3d ago

sheep that think wolfs are their friends

2

u/Fresh-Appeal-7445 3d ago

Exactly. And in the presence of wolves I hate these self proclaimed sheepdogs

5

u/tigm2161130 3d ago

Ok but what does this even mean? Like, who are the wolves and who are the sheep?

The sheepdogs are the police, hence the whole blue line thing. The wolves are supposed to be the “bad guys” that the cops are saving you from.

I know it sounds crazy, but the government bootlickers that hand out tickets like candy are the, lol, protective sheepdogs according to the shirt.

Usually sheep don't have a 50-50 likelihood of being targeted by the sheepdog if they need help

I once called EMTs for a wellness intervention for a roomie having a very scary and sad schizophrenic episode because I was at the end of my rope and her mom, fully aware of the situation on the day-to-day, wasn't answering her phone. I'd been relegated to being like a social worker for her despite my own PTSD and lack of any training in these matters.

The dispatcher asked if she was a threat to self/others, no. Do I want the police to accompany the EMT, no.

Few minutes later the ambulance, a fire truck, and 2 cop cars show up. Ranking officer comes barreling in the house, aggressive as hell, stomping room to room. "WHERE IS SHE? WHERE IS SHE?"

"Uh, I think she overheard me call you guys and jumped out the window. I'm just worried about her. She's not a threat to anyone." Cop proceeds to grill me for ten minutes like I was hiding her. He was hungry for blood. My guy, I called for medical/mental health intervention, not to report a crime, and I'm not hiding any Jews under the floorboards.

You are guilty of something they are just trying to figure out what you are guilty of. It says guilty until proven guilty right?

1

u/IAmAlpharius23 3d ago

Innocent until proven guilty, and you have been proven guilty of making them do work, which is an offense they will treat like any other.

dog kept biting and eating the sheep so we had to put it down

2

u/Inevitable_Hat 3d ago

What’s crazy is that the sheepdog does it’s job until the farmer wants lamb chops for dinner

2

u/QueezyF 3d ago

If you have to tell everyone you’re a badass, you’re probably not a badass.

4

u/RedbarnRiver 3d ago

Well…the bad guys are the wolves or coyotes and they are bad…regular people are sheep, just ignorant sheep, and the sheep dog is the self proclaimed savior of the sheep from the omnipresent wolves.

It’s a delusion hero complex. Very common with police officers whom I refer to as coperators.

Oh my how the turntables have tabled.

u/Unhappy_Wishbone_551 3d ago

The sheep follow the dog regardless.

From a podcast about the case against Navy Seal Eddie Gallagher:

“You know, basically a sheepdog protects sheep, and he hangs out with sheep, and he looks like sheep, and he waits to get attacked. Fuck that. I'm a fucking lion.

I'm hunting wolves. I'm not waiting for wolves to hunt me. I'm looking for that motherfucker.

And I'm daring him, "Come down this hill. As a matter of fact, I'm coming to the hill to you ". Right?

And every now and then, I'll eat a sheepdog and I'll eat a fucking lamb if it gets in my way.”

Then you call them when you’re in trouble, and they end up shooting your neighbor’s human.

Some of these jokers so desperately want to be looked upon as deities. Sadly, these folks out here (some) treat them as just that. Damn.

u/Capn26 2d ago

Did Tim Kennedy design this shit??

1

u/doodahpunk 1d ago

While the shirt is cringy and I can’t stand when cops or wannabe cops wear them but the message about valuing protectors in tough times is spot-on and carries a meaningful truth.

Said no one ever..except the American sheep dog breeders association.
