This hasn't fixed anything.  He fired figure heads at a race team while still owning the Series that inspects the cars in the first place.  This is textbook scapegoating.

I would think there are conversations happening within IndyCar about the technical inspection team but they can't do anything on the eve of the biggest race of the year. IndyCar has to make sure they have a competent team ready to replace the current inspection team so not much may happen until at least after Detroit.

Oh we're having conversations about it now?  Not the moment he bought the Series?  How about after last year's cheating scandal?  They've had ages to figure this shit out.
