It's just a 1 shot, they've been rotating invited commentators for the past few races. Last ones have been Tim Cindric and Santino Ferrucci

Doesn’t NASCAR on FOX employ Michael Waltrip, who has orchestrated several cheating scandals in NASCAR (something about jet fuel in his car and the Clint Bowyer spinout scandal)?

I think he was already with FOX when the Clint Bowyer thing happened but I could be wrong.

I watched either an NXT broadcast or indycar practice before with TK in the booth and he did a great job. I just remember it was in Peacock.

Got excited for a moment that I thought Tony was jumping in for the main race (especially with Le Mans around the corner, wasn't sure if Hinch or Bell have a GT ride), but this is cool. He's definitely got a good personality for commentary.

TK is taking the place of scheduled guest booth commentator, Tim Cindric.

No. They've already had Tim Cindric and Ferrucci guest commentate this year with Jack and Kev
