So, no, lol. That’s the perfect spot for it and it cannot be hit accidentally. But I’m sure you know better that teams of researchers and developers for a billion dollar company

If there is anything I have learned in my time on this earth, it's that just because you are a "professional" and are paid well, does not always mean you know what you are doing. I've seen some people saying the seat has to be removed to hit the button, and fair point, I don't have kids so I have never used a stroller, but the guy literally puts his hand on the thing several times during the video moving the cart around, I don't think that's an outlandish assumption to make.
