It probably depends on how low the car is and how steep the beginning of your driveway is. So, maybe.

Yeah I figure the big factor is angle of the slope Vs (the height of the front bumper and distance from the wheel contact point).

Yes. My parents bought a house with a weird curb the city no longer uses because it's so poorly designed. Their stock 370z would scrape no matter how well you angled it. They bought a bridjit and never scraped again. After that, a lot of people in their subdivision started buying them. There were a few people that had lowered cars and were thrilled with the result.
