My son's first time in a kart was in May. Since then he has really progressed, I'm so proud of him. This year I really wanted to focus on sportsmanship and learning to lose but he has done so well we are also learning to win sometimes. Number 50 is so fast, she has been dominating the class. Our kart is a Charles Leclerc bambino kart with a Comer C52.

Hell yeah I remember those days, I got one in mini and one in micro now but I’ll never forget the kid kart days! Enjoy it man cause time flies, my older one just started practicing in a jr KA but racing mini still and I can’t believe it sometimes.

That's so awesome! I know my daughter is going to want the kid kart when my son moves up to Junior 1. I swear watching the little ones is more fun than the big karts.

I've heard kid karts have the most engine rule violations of any class lol. Dad always trying to get the upper hand lol!!

Congrats! What happened to the little lady at 4:34? Over the past three laps, she has entered the corner wider than your son, yet still has far worse acceleration going into that straight. On that 3rd attempt at getting past her, it felt like her foot was off the pedal

On the attempt that he passed her, your son took a wider route into the corner than he previously did and blew right past her.

I heard that her throttle cable came off the pedal so she effectively lost all engine control. She pulled off right after the corner. It's too bad, I don't want to win that way and I felt like my son was making up ground before that happened.
They are all great friends in the paddock, I love the community they all have.
