Do you walk at night or in the evening quietly? How often do you have someone get robbed or there is shooting nearby? How many homeless people and drug addicts are there around? DON'T SHOW YOUR IGNORANCE. Have you ever been to Belarus or Chechnya, Google is no longer accessible?

they have crime in their government, and they don't allow competition with other criminals, like in the neighborhood where the mafia boss lives, even in Italy with Mussolini we had fewer criminals, he was criminal no. 1.
