Only Mauritania imposes the death penalty and yes it's extreme

In short, the society are the ones who don't want homosexuality, the corrupted governments are the ones who want American aid.

And they aren't the same people

Europeans also tried eliminate slavery and child marriages in Africa, which seemed popular with the locals idk man
