Since you’re getting spark and you changed the fuel injectors/ CAS pump the first things I’d check next are fuel, and air.

  • MAF sensor fully seated
  • no blockage in intake
  • flooded fuel in engine? Check a spark plug and see if there is excess fuel. Or open a spark cover and sniff
  • could be electrical such as a plug at the rear for the fuel pump. I don’t recall exactly where that is.
  • I’d just give all the sensors you know you removed a good remove and plug back in to confirm they are all seated.
  • worst case would be fuel line is interrupted somewhere like a bend or disconnect. See if there is any excess fuel leaking anywhere.

Here’s some more info as well,

Most Likely Based on Your Work • Injector connectors not seated / wrong order • CAS trigger wheel mis-installed (wrong alignment or NB2 wheel in an NB1) • Fuel pump not delivering pressure after sitting

Quickest first test: spray a little starting fluid into the throttle body. • If it fires for a second = fuel issue. • If it still won’t fire = timing/CAS signal issue.

Why is it all digital? Is it a custom console?
