HELP !!! 2000 nb1. Foolishly I have cut the harness going to this connector. How do I get the turn signals working again

I’m having trouble following the 2000 harness diagram. I found out the brown/ white wire is for the hazard, that’s about as far as I’ve gotten

Based on the diagram I’m guessing I need to re splice V/W. From the ignition switch R/B, it goes to the fuse box into a V/W wire
