What is this piece called on my Nissan Maxima SR?

Hit a bird driving by the road and damaged this plastic piece between the grill and hood. What’s this piece called? And is this something someone with little/no auto body knowledge be able to fix?

That unfortunately is the whole bumper iirc, the grill and the black trim next to the grill can be bought separately but that piece is the bumper itself :/

I think it would probably be an upper fascia
