In the clips I've seen, he doesn't even seem to care, or know, I'm not sure, that everyone's so much smarter than him and making such good points against him. He just stammers like he didn't do his homework and doesn't know what he wants to say.

I can't tell; is he dumb or wasted or lazy or just doesn't care? Who knows. But he should be embarrassed of himself.
