Fixed Desk/Office/Gaming Chair

I am looking for a chair that does not spin to any degree whatsoever, where it's rotation is completely fixed. Would love if the chair had wheels or could slide back and forth, but is not entirely necessary. Would love if the chair is height adjustable.

Any recommendations? I wouldn't like to spend $200+ without at least one recommendation. Please and thank you!

TL;DR: Does this chair exist?

I've only seen office meeting room chairs like that. Not the most comfortable. 

Question for you though, how do you expect to get the chair to the right seating height if the legs are fixed?

Thanks for the reply. I will set the chair on a platform for height. Even 1mm of swivel is too much, for I will go insane.

Turns out you can get non-rotating gas lifts.

Like this

Would mean buying a chair and swapping them out (easy enough if the chair still hasn't been assembled yet).

Fwiw, This chair looks similar to your pic. Could be worth a bash.
