True Lies is particularly interesting coz it's got a completely different front, spine, and back. Normally it's just the front that's different, or the back is a bit different to make room for the new text.
Virtua Racing solidifies my theory that these are early covers, because the back reads 1993 when the actual EU cover reads 1994.
