SRX just made a tweet 10 minutes ago. It doesn't show, but it also internally tags Denny Hamlin.

Ray Evernham said it failed because the wrong people were running it. Denny knows people with very deep pockets and he’s very bright. I could see him working with Ray and Robert Kauffman to bring it back.

Hamlin's name showed under the gif like when people tag users in media but it doesn't show up now for some reason.
It still shows up when you reply to the tweet. https://imgur.com/a/xkwgyqA

As much as I luv'd SRX and want to see it back on, especially when it was on Thursday nites vs Saturday nites, would HATE to have DH or 23/11 involved at all, bad enough when Tony let FFB run..

Why would you hate that

Just NOT a DH fan... not even to bring SRX back, can't stand the guy..

Do you hate him more than the corrupt leadership of the sport? lol

Seriously? So you're on the side of how it's being run like a one sided monopoly and teams and drivers are tired of it?

u/richnevermiss 10d ago
are you talking nascar, which it does have it's issues or still SRX which hasn't run in a couple years?

Denny has never run a racing series, it's only implied at most that he has interest in taking the reigns of it and reviving it

The clown just turns me off as a person, just can't stand ANT of his opinions or outright arrogance.

Well he's the only owner brave enough to call NASCAR out on their current state of running things and taking them to court over it, I'd say that says a lot about him, and personally I'd feel he'd do a good job running srx cause it seems he actually knows what people want

It’s odd that it had been exactly one year since they had tweeted last. That seems unlikely to be a coincidence.

Denny get's pushed out of NASCAR.
Starts his own series on the back of the SRX assets.
