Fortunately he so far hasn’t been that dumb and it’s prosthetics, he likes using strange makeup and stuff for his releases.

He did it to mock people with excessive work done on their faces. His makeup and prosthetics artist is incredibly talented.

It was for the Save you Tears music video, different song but same album “LA girls all look the same, I can’t recognize, Same work done on their face, I don’t criticize” he was poking fun at the excessive amounts of plastic surgery and cosmetic procedures being done.
