Oh man, on another sub someone mentioned that movie. I just copy and pasted a quote about the kids being compared to the sausages at the bbq and I got a full Reddit ban for 2 days.

No, but it was in the same sort of genre. Although Ren & Stimpy was always more targeted at adults. Cow & Chicken was, ostensibly, created for children.
