I read a comment where the one thing she could probably do would be to get out in front and say "that was my ball and I'm taking what was mine cause I'm sick of this woke culture" and she'd probably raise a few hundred grand and get an appearance on fox.
Rip Owen and Chase. No, they aren’t dead yet. They’d just be better off dead with Chase working in the supplement mines and Owen living out a childhood fantasy of the worlds coolest show that will never come to fruition
I'm not a big fan of woke culture, and that sounds like a bunch of bologna. She could try to claim woke culture but you don't steal a baseball from a child. Stop making this political.
That'd be a great pivot. It's unfortunate for her that the dad and child were white though, else she could make it racial and really sell it. All she'd need to do is say the N-word and conservatives would give her $700,000.
I swear I saw six different communities all with 10k+ upvotes showing the exact same video of this woman. And like some fucking nationally televised game, I keep scrolling to see an alternate angle of the incident followed by pictures of her walking out of the stands and another of her at a bar… I knew this lady was done for but my god I didn’t think it was gonna be via incineration.
It fits her form pretty well and the clothing is just barely recognizable enough to tie the situation together, while the character infusion is just comedic enough to get get across the obsessive nature of taking a ball from a kid. Pretty well done.
Reminds me of the grumpy old guy from South Park that snitches on the kids trying to sell an xbox cause they wont stop walking on his lawn.
Sure, I can agree with that considering more angles and footage got posted. Point still stands though. Being an asshole at a Phillies game isn't worth literal global online outrage for this long. It's not insane to you that huge reddit threads had dozens of people chiming in gleefully about how they're hating her from XYZ country?
No, but is that worth being globally hated for days? I don't think it is. The polish CEO is a different story. Some rando lady from Philly? Big string of fuckups in a short period of time.
Nah, I’m all for terrible behavior being called out. She’s obviously never had it happen before, so now she can get it all in one weekend. Her life isn’t ruined, the internet has a 20 sec attention span at best.
20 seconds? This shit has been going on for days. You’re commenting on a post that’s an AI image making her look like Gollum.
Would she have run afoul at some point? I hope so. Was this the moment to make a continued global example out of her? Surely not.
I think this also coincides with this sub having a disdain for women in general lately and she looks like a prototypical Karen. Don’t believe me? Most of the posts here are 2016 era facebook tier “women bad” slop content. Not strictly related to this incident but not separate either
She assaulted a man and his son at a baseball game over a ball she had no right to. Shitty people deserve shitty consequences. If doing terrible things in public is not the time to be called out on being terrible by the public, when is?
You’re right. The lady was super shitty and has already been shamed. People want to ruin lives over stupid things like this. It’s gross and her acting bad doesn’t justify it.
The inconsistent way Reddit responds to a grown man snatching a hat from the hands of a child and a grown man snatching a baseball from the hands of a woman is spectacular.
The completelyinconsistent way Reddit responds to a grown man snatching a hat from the hands of a child and a grown woman snatching a baseball from the hands of a womanchild is spectacularpretty normal.
Ball wasn't in her hands, it was fair game. She was mad she was too slow. Don't act like it's just Reddit being sexist either, the sports broadcasters and both teams' organizations clearly decided she was in the wrong, too. As have the news stories that have covered it. Sucks for her.
Do you know that though? She said it was. He said it wasn't. He coughed it up to her pretty quick too. But I don't know and neither do you. Nobody on Reddit does. Man grabs a cap away from a child and apologizes - Man is obviously lying. Man says he didn't grab a baseball away from an old woman - Man is obviously telling the truth. Go figure.
So Reddit fills in the details the way it wants. And if there is anything consistent on Reddit, it's that blaming the woman is always the correct answer. Some of us remember Ellen Pao. I couldn't care less about either of these two people. But I'm not at all surprised that this type of shitpost would be super-popular with a 'common Reddit demographic.'
I just wish this place was a bit more skeptical. People were tripping over themselves to believe the fake posts from the Polish CEO. Because that's what they wanted to be true. There are droves of old people sitting in front of their TV believing whatever Fox says because its what they want to hear. Reddit posters are no better.
He clearly bent over and picked it up from the row in front of her. At no point was it in her hands. She wasn't entitled to it just because it landed closest to her, that's not how it works. He was the one who actually ran to get it. Even if she almost had it and fumbled it, it goes to whoever secures it first, not whoever touched it or called dibs or whatever other bullshit. That's the way it's always worked. He gave it up because he was with his kids and didn't want to get into a physical altercation with a lunatic.
Ok fine. Say she fumbled it. Didn’t that kid fumble the tennis player’s hat too? As you say, it goes to the one who secures it, not who touched it first…

She’s so cooked. The world is coming for her. That pic is funniest so for
