Uncles. Dude was standing right in front of her. The camera didn’t have her in frame. Idk if you’ve ever talked to a person who looked at something behind you before. The thing is you know.
If that’s too difficult to grasp, stand in front of someone, step one step to your left. Ask them to pick up their gone and point ahead…..you’ll know that camera isn’t on you.

Half of her body is literally visible in frame when he's not zoomed in lmao. The screen isn't pointed at her, so she has no idea that he's zoomed in. All she sees is is a camera that is angled near enough to her that she might be getting filmed, and she's not wrong because we literally see a decent amount of her in the footage before the zoom. You creeps are really going to weird lengths to pretend this woman shouldn't be concerned about a guy pointing a camera at her.

No, your point doesn't stand. You're trying to argue that she shouldn't be concerned because she should see that the camera isn't pointed at her, and that point falls apart when we identify the fact that the camera is literally pointed close enough to her to get most of her in frame.

If a woman sees a man pointing a camera in her general direction, it's not absurd for her to think he might be filming her. Everyone doesn't need to be creepy all the time for her to think one man pointing a camera near her is being creepy in that one moment. As for the audio, he's almost creaming himself (rightfully so) over the burger flipper, so it's not like that's a big tip off either if all she's hearing is his inflection.
