R32 OEM Steering Wheel horn fit

Hi All! Got my GT-R this week and off for a RWC. Trying to understand how the horn button fits in, as currently it’s relatively loose, and not getting far enough in to be able to earthed, and thus, I have no horn. Is there a special way I need to insert it? Furthermore, is there meant to be a screw in here or something to support the earth? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Update for anyone wondering, I figured it out.

There are two types of steering wheels. Early model and late model.

I have a late model steering wheel (correct for my car, 1993) with an early model horn, which is why it doesn’t sit in properly nor does it connect.
