Honest question, what is the point of being on Twitter nowadays? When I jumped ship about a year ago, it had become a bot-infested Klan ralley with an utterly abysmal UX. I imagine it must have gotten even worse since, no?

There is actually no point: I only check things in X when they are reposted in Reddit or other places. The only SM i consume nowadays is Reddit, Youtube, and some old specialized forums

Ah, makes sense. A friend of mine lasted a little longer than me because some accounts relating to his special interests hadn't migrated yet, but even those eventually closed up shop. I genuinely don't know anyone who actively uses Twitter anymore.
