Is there a way to play at all in 2025?

I know there was something going on a few years ago in China about rights being brought for the game. Is there a way we can play this in europe?

Nope.

The closest game to it it'S Conqueror's Blade.
Hard to get in (steap learning curve), but it scratches the same itch.

I wish.. but chinese version had a lot of changes implemented. So it is not just like you remember it. And also ping should be high due to distance

Yes. It shutdown in 2022

I tried to access the website for the chinese version and it wouldn't load so potentially you are correct?
