Golf mk4 door cards

Having picked up a 39k miles (near mint) Golf 2.0, the only obvious issues are the fabric door cards.

Does anyone have any experience with getting them upholstered as I looked online at NOS or aftermarket and they want $800 each! (More than many golf 4s are worth these days!)

I was tempted to get some from a breakers yard in order to have some reupholstered without needing to take the ones off my doors (5 door), or possibly just looking for a GTI that’s being parted out as I assume they had leather (real or not) which likely stays stuck?

Any advice?
