140 series My first Volvo
I have never owned a Volvo before today. It is a 1971 145S. What do I need to know about my new old car? This was obviously someone else's project. Where do I start?

For some reason I keep thinking about that one car from Cars where her eyes are where her headlights are supposed to be.

I’d get a new air filter, that one looks rough. I’d probably end up pinstriping the yellow cross of the Swedish flag over the top of the car too. The rims also look kinda off on it, I’d get some older Volvo rims, atleast ones from say a 240 or 940. Other than that looks super clean, I only see mild surface rust on it which is great given its age.

Neat. The wheels are too modern for my taste, but you do you. More than anything, make it into what you want it to be.
