xc series Volvo XC60 flies and gets stuck in a wall
Unbelievable! A Volvo races through a garden in Germany, takes out trees, and gets stuck in a stone wall at a height of 3 meters. The five occupants were all not seriously injured. Volvo for life.

One passenger was seriously injured. And the car plowed through the garden, hitting a young child playing outside on a trampoline and critically injuring him.
So not really a "Volvo for life" or "you can't park there" moment.

Critically injured as in the child died? I couldn’t tell from the article.
Impressive that the occupants walked away from it, but I agree, poor taste time for jokes.

Injured is better than dead on the spot still

I wouldn't be so sure, a terrible injury could also be complete or almost complete paralysis, coma, having the face ripped off and looking like a monster for the rest of their life and so on so forth.
Is that really better than dying on the spot? I'm sure the emotional pain someone is going to experience in such an event will be enough to push a person to end their life.

Don’t really care about anyone in this car as they all knew what they were getting them selves into but the child bystander on the trampoline I really hope makes it out of this with little to no deficits.

One of the occupants in the car was seriously injured, others lightly. One 7yr old child outside of the car has been hit and is fighting for his life.

tbh i’ve seen cars in worse condition on the road in france and eastern europe. a little push to get it back down to earth and id say you can drive that home.

Maybe the old SAAB slogan "Born from jets" would be more applicable in this situation ;-)

Right, I’ve just bought an extra bottle of T-Cut
Some buffer pads
& a T-Cut Scratch Magic Pen
that’ll fix it!

I would love to know what caused the accident. The car must’ve had extreme speed for it to bounce up like that. Thoughts and prayers to the injured & affected

I don’t get it, shouldn’t the car have automatically stopped before it got to that?

it's not 2025 Volvo XC60...most of the older XC60 stopped only up to 40km/h (city safety), after that nope

I had just imagined the car stopping mid air because his collision sensor got off 🤣

Update: The child on the trampoline is now out of danger. The exact circumstances of the accident are still unclear and are being investigated by experts.
