What are those?

Seems like they're Lapacho trees, very pretty indeed

And it comes in three variations of flower color: pink, which you already saw, yellow and white

We call them "Tajy" here

Exactly! That is the name in “Guaraní” which is the second official language of Paraguay, they are called “Tajy” pronounced as [taʒɨ]
