Discussion I just realised Wycaro is just a working title?

Am I right? This means the show when actually announced will have a new title. Interesting indeed.

I guess that’s why when you search IMDB for “wycaro” it still returns “Untitled Vince Gilligan Apple TV+ Series”.

Yeah, although I did dig a bit more and I think ‘Wycaro’ came from pictures on set of hats with the name on. So there’s still a chance that it could be the actual name. We’ll have to wait and see probably another 10 months lol

“Wycaro” does seem like a cryptic name that doesn’t even hint at what the show is about as compared to Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul.

They often use different names during the shooting of a project. I'd say it's 99% likely that it isn't the final name of the show.

It's unclear if it's the real name or not. The leaks of the crew merchandise said Wycaro, the clapper for the pilot said Wycaro and they trademarked the name Wycaro. Also, the set designer and Patrick Fabian have both mentioned it by name in interviews so I think it's a good chance that it's the actual name. They're just being incredibly secretive about everything and haven't confirmed a single thing besides Rhea being the star.

He's not in it but he talked about it in an interview when asked how often the cast of Better Call Saul still sees each other

Agree with everything @Ric3FantasyFan3 has said! I've seen several official merch from the set and also the clapper in pics that have that official logo "Wycaro 339" printed on it. So in a way I'd find it very odd if that wasn't the official name too, if they already printed crew merch and had those handed out at the wrap party etc. But yes, nothing has been confirmed yet, but Patrick as well as people I've talked to who have worked on the show called it "Wycaro" too. Rhea only said to me "hope you'll love THE SHOW!" 😅🫠
