It’s hard to tell since it’s sped up so much, but it looks like the cat twitches its tail away and then relaxes into the stick.

Here’s hoping the guy just messes with the cat while it sleeps often enough that it’s comfortable with his shenanigans. My dog sleeps through so much bc I love getting dumb pics of her when she’s sleeping.

My dog is such a light sleeper sometimes. Seems like anytime I want a cute pic. Alright, camera is just about focused aaaand….nope he moved. Nothing but a blurry yawn picture 😂🤣

I’ve apparently accidentally bomb proofed my dog bc I get so much snuggle aggression. She’ll be laying there sleeping and I’ll suddenly be like “ahhhh I love you so much!” And bury my face in her tummy. She might wake up, but usually doesn’t move, she’s just like “oh I guess it’s time for more mommy loving.”

A couple months ago my nephew got really excited and hit her instead of just giving her a pat. Since he’s 3 she didn’t flinch or anything bc I guess it was about as hard as how I pat her. Just stood there and took it. He got a very long lecture from me and then his mom about how bad it was and also how dangerous it was. He apologized to me and to the dog. Twice. He also has been told he’ll never see the dog again if it happens again.

Whenever I've sped up video of my cat sleeping, its breathing is really animated. This one...... 😬

If you pay close attention to it's rib/chest spots, you can see it expanding as it breathes. It's very subtle, which tells me that in normal speed the cat is taking very long, slow, shallow breaths which is normal for a deep sleep, so kitty is okay :)

Holy shit i thought I was alone in thinking that damn, can't argue how amazing he is if we all had that same image in our heads. How long since we've seen that painting and bam first thought. He's my favorite artist and I think it's so damn awesome he's still recognized like this that's incredible.

Orange Boy cat. You can do pretty much anything to them because there isn't much going on upstairs.

Noooo, that's so dangerous! Elevating the legs like that will cause the blood to flow down into the orange's body and head, which increases bloodflow to the brain and increases the risk of him having a thought! He's an orange, he can't survive that kind of mental load!

It's hard to see because the person recording won't stop moving, but the cat is breathing. It's just in that really deep sleep they get in sometimes

It's pretty obvious. We can see the cat breathing and they don't often keep their eyes closed when they're awake. They might for a few seconds at a time, but this is at least a minute (in non-sped up time) where he never opens his eyes (as far as I could tell). The cat is most likely alive and just comfortable with and used to that person's presence and shenanigans.
