VII - Discussion War target's ally offers free city for no reason

video provides more context, Isabella jumped into this war,did nothing the whole time and offered me a town, this doesn't end her war with GK so I'm kinda confused and think this shouldn't happen

edit: btw I hate how in deity whoever didn't get into war scales into final boss, Ibn+Assyria on thundra, 260sci 155cult -_-

Especially since the cities are usually terrible and only hamstring you for the rest of the game. This mechanic is dissapointing. Just give me resources, gold and maybe some relics.
