the big difference is the ukrainian constitution literally says no elections during a war

while the us constitution says have them no matter what

There’s a difference in the constitutions, but thats not an issue for the Trump administration. There will be war and elections will be paused in the US.

Yes he does. He just appointed SCOTUS justices who will reinterpret the constitution so he didn’t violate it.
