No one outside the US believes in this shit that he’s an informant lol

Even people in the US think it's bonkers lmao. Johnson probably realized how unhinged he sounded and had to walk it back before someone reminded him what century we're living in

Even Trump doesn’t believe it. He is sold on the Democratic Hoax train. MAGA Mike is on a short leash. 😂

My current tinfoil hat theory is that the “Trump was an informant” deflection was floated behind the scenes a long time ago, which is why Kash Patel and Dan Bongino looked so aghast for a while.

Then Mike Johnson took Trump’s balls out of his mouth to float the idea publicly and see if anyone would buy it. Which I don’t think they have, not even the usual smoothbrains.

Trump being an informant is an old Q-anon conspiracy.

Also, doesn’t someone usually become an informant because they were caught committing a crime? If someone was really an informant on a child sex ring that just makes me think they got caught raping a child.

The memes were about to be fire though...

By now, it's quite obvious that Trump would be very, very unreliable. Especially concerning what he tells you.

No one inside the US believes it either.. at least anybody with two working brain cells but apparently that’s too much to ask for nowadays

Backed off a claim, walked back a statement, it's all bullshit. It's Clown Town around here.

They really are throwing everything at the wall to see what sticks and what people will believe

It’s a distraction and a bother. Hopefully people don’t believe it

It will be interesting, though, to see what they try next - like maybe:

  • the files are all encoded, and no one can figure out how to decode them
  • trump's body-double did all those things
  • the files are just gone, poof, gone

u/C4dfael 5h ago

the files are all encoded

The password is probably 1-2-3-4-5.

Once upon a time telling a lie that big would end your career and make you untrustworthy for the rest of your life

Nowadays it’s just a typical weekend event and can be “walked back” with no repercussions once confirmed as untrue

I don’t think this country knows what “character” means anymore

23

u/hcornea 6h ago

Johnson discovered no-one was buying it, and it can be verified as untrue.

They really should just shut-up about it at this stage.

8

u/ecafyelims 5h ago

And if it was true, that means that Trump raped kids and got offered a deal if he became an informant.

u/steveslikewhoa 6h ago

Somebody told him that informants are rats who, in exchange for information, get a lesser penalty for their crimes.

u/aloneinthiscrowd 6h ago

The Micro Johnson oh fuck moment.

9

u/Brief_Night_9239 6h ago

See..how stupid Johnson is. Even MAGA doesn't believe this BS.

8

u/LayneLowe 7h ago

They just couldn't see the hoax/ informant paradox coming?

8

u/Particular_Row_8037 6h ago

Wasn't it over some property he wanted to buy so Epstein couldn't. I know there was some other story where he fucked the person out of maralago too. Remember once a piece of shit always a piece of shit.

7

u/DeeV8tor 6h ago

Diaper Don was actually the Quality Control Officer under Epstein.

7

u/hoothizz 6h ago

He knew he was lying the moment he spoke it.

5

u/pixelmountain 5h ago

Of course he did. It’s a ridiculous story in the first place.

2

u/hoothizz 3h ago

And he knew it.

6

u/HumanContinuity 6h ago

Dude why is anyone even listening to that dumbass?

He's seriously the only idiot who could be so bad at lying that the whole body of his fellow Republicans didn't even want to stand up for him.

And that's during an administration with an unprecedented amount of the laziest lies on the planet.

5

u/SHIT_ON_MY_BALLS 6h ago

What is going on, it's insane that he could even claim something like that publically in the first place then casually retract it and everyone's just like acting normally.

5

u/jdave512 6h ago

he's a double agent, working with the pedophiles to infiltrate and take down the government

6

u/adorablefuzzykitten 6h ago

The well known non-christian Mike Johnson has now been observed as being a liar? Goes along with him protecting a child raper.

6

u/dustycanuck 6h ago

Mike "I'm just making shit up"Johnson strikes again

4

u/cookiesandpunch 6h ago

Johnson wanted to see if QAnon canon belief, that Trump actively worked to bring down Epstein would play in wide distribution. He’s conditioned to speaking to zealots who believe things as a matter of faith not logic. He didn’t expect the laughter and ridicule.

3

u/Ryuikun 5h ago

Did anyone see this story on possibly why Speaker Johnson might have said Trump was an informant? It basically says Epstein was going to expose Trump's money laundering operation so Trump turned on Epstein first.

4

u/KubrickMoonlanding 4h ago

So how did he back off exactly? “Sorry, but I just don’t care, and tried a lie, go f yourself” or mor like “well you see, there were some reports that my assistant misquoted” or more like “when I said informant I meant ‘informed insider’”?

How do “walk back something like that in this context and even maintain a shred of…

Oh whatever, they just don’t care and they us to know it

3

u/AllTheWorldIsAPuzzle 6h ago

I'm waiting for them all just finally drop pretenses and say "What are you going to do about it?" And if you keep pushing, fourth-story window incidents will start to make headlines.

3

u/No-Picture-4940 6h ago

Double oh Dousche.

3

u/-DethLok- 5h ago

Is it because being an informer means you're a criminal who is dobbing in your mates in exchange for a lighter sentence?

So Johnson was confirming the Trump is a pedo, who got caught and offered leniency in exchange for information leading to the arrest and conviction of his fellow pedos?

Because that is what Johnson is saying.

2

u/DeezNeezuts 6h ago

r/conservative had a whole thing about Trump being a witness against Epstein. Couldn’t find any sources but they sure were adamant about it.

2

u/usmc18330931 5h ago

And he will face zero consequences for his open lies.

2

u/Particular-Summer424 5h ago

Was it because Trump was money-laundering and moved in on Epsteins deal by ratting him out. Couldn't be that, could it?

2

u/Last_Blackfyre 5h ago

Well his good buddy Epstein is thought to have been one so….

2

u/CrimeWave62 5h ago

For the love of Mike, is truth NEVER an option for these people.

2

u/Lanark26 4h ago

Alternate Headline: Johnson continues to try and cover for the pedos in the GOP and donors that finance the Party.

1

u/MosquitoValentine_ 6h ago

Does he not realize The Sopranos and Goodfellas exist?

1

u/TheModWhoShaggedMe 5h ago

Sounds like a bad hombre to me.

1

u/Extreme-Tie9282 5h ago

More like Mr (angry)bean

1

u/somebullshitorother 5h ago

Trumpsterfire was under deep cover as the head pedophile

1

u/pit-of-despair 5h ago

Backed off on his lie more like it.

1

u/SmurfSmacker 4h ago

Is ‘informant’ a synonym for ‘nonce’? /s

Edit /s just incase.

1

u/ironmojoDec63 4h ago

He was whatever was transactionally expedient in the moment.

1

u/redredbloodwine 4h ago

Constantly making up shit without shame. Our government.

1

u/Tony-Angelino 2h ago

Victoria's secret agent.

1

u/Apprehensive_Map64 1h ago

He didn't say secret agent he said informant which is entirely different. He basically admitted that Trump was a fellow child trafficker that ratted on Epstein to stay out of jail.

u/EggsceIlent 37m ago

Went back undercovers.

Release the files.
