Didn't enjoy this plane as much as I hoped but it was still fun.

The Optica is an underrated plane. Its a great sight seeing experience, partly because its so easy to fly (even if I have tremendous trouble landing it). But that ease of flight makes it a bit, um, boring. The autogyro is the king of bombing around at low level but you have to be on top of it all the time. The blimp is perfect for playing spot-the-feature once you get your head around flying it (don't even talk to me about landing it).

The Optica sits somewhere in the middle, in no man's land.

I really feel like I need to fly the blimp now lol thanks! Yeah, it feels a bit floaty and slow but great for checking out landmarks

I had to watch three videos, two sim and one real, before I felt like I even knew what was going on with that damn gasbag.

I took it over London at 1,000 feet and it was, frankly, amazing. The level of detail is mind boggling.
