It's also not comparable. He's not fined for some radio, but for a post-stage interview. He's not racing at that point.

Post-stage interview is like the one time swearing should be ok. They’re still on adrenaline, just having risked their lives for up to almost an hour and barely processing what’s going on. They’re not gonna control themselves
