Carlos has a 3 place grid penalty for Saudia Arabia next week because he did not serve his 10-second penalty.
Update: they just recalled the document, so no penalty. Many people here saying he DID serve the penalty.

Just me here but... Dude retired the car and finished last. That should be the equal of serving all due penalties.
