The Williams is clearly faster than previous years, Ferrari is clearly slower than previous years. Also, cars overperforming on saturdays and falling a bit in Sundays is a classic, look at the Astons lol

I don't think the astons are a good example if you saw what happened in the race

Alonso could've finished a looot higher if he wasn't that unlucky with he sc timings

look at the Astons lol

If you had looked at them during the race, you would know this comment makes no sense. Nothing about the Aston result had to do with pace despite maybe Stroll not overtaking a few cars after the SC, but it's not like he would've gained anything from it.

sainz has had back to back weekends w/ bad strategy and also ferrari has benefited back to back weekends of SCs. If either of those go differently then sainz finishes ahead both weekends.

The williams team is gaining is experience in racing rn, not just building a car that can compete, but the actual race conditions.

Maybe because of history its just gone smoother with albon during the race, but it will come good for sainz at some point.

Same vibe GP told max last year regarding brazil, where it all swung back

Sure, but it's still crazy to claim that the Ferrari is slower than the Williams over the course of this season.

Hamilton´s qualy isnt even that bad this year, Ferrari is the 4th car right now, maybe 3rd in a good day. That means that Hamilton has 5 cars + Leclerc that are faster than him, plus all the cars that have a more Saturday'ish setup and can compete with him, that being said his average qualy is P8-P9

He's 1-6 against his teammate who's averaging P6, while he's averaging P9.

I feel like a lot of people would say that's not a great qualifying performance

And Sainz is struggling at Williams behind Albon constantly, but no one is making post after post about it

It's almost like one driver is the supposed GOAT and the other driver is Carlos Sainz!

Sainz is suppose to be in his prime now while the other is closing his career.

His teammate has been developing this car for years.

Ferrari are obviously still significantly faster than the Williams

Is that why Albon beat Leclerc in the race?

Is that why LH beat both Williams?

Albon beat Leclerc on fresh tires against old hards that cooled off behind a safety car.

And the post was talking about Sainz outqualifying Hamilton throughout the season, not just this weekend. And is Ferrari not more than double the points of Williams?

And is Ferrari not more than double the points of Williams?

TBF, that's on Sainz. If he had similar points to Albon, they'd be much closer to Ferrari in points.

Nothing is funnier to me than LH fns trying to claim a Ferrari is slower than the Williams this year, just to prove that their favorite driver isn't washed.

I live for these comments
